St John’s is a church school which places Christian values at the heart. We have high expectations and high challenge which enables its pupils to make good progress from on entry attainment.

A SIAMS inspection took place September 2017. The school was graded OUTSTANDING in all areas.

In the 2018 OFSTED inspection the school was judged as OUTSTANDING in Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare. We continue to place great importance on the wellbeing of our children and set aside protected time each term for whole school Wellbeing Days.

The school has consistently maintained high academic standards and has been within the Top 10 Primary schools for progress and attainment in the core subjects in Suffolk since 2012.
